Congrat to Duke Neal, Andre charlier and Ellie Homish for an outstanding Age Group Zone meet in Virginia this past week. Duke posting 3 personal best swims along with huge 4 sec drop in 200 breast, Andre posting 3 personal best and breaking his own 50 and 100 Fly team records along with 3 sec drop in 200fly, and Ellie posting 3 personal best as well with a nice 2 second drop in 200 breast. Great Job!!!

We had an amazing finish to the 2024 season hosting the Titans End of Summer Meet at the AFC! With 119 Titans swimming in their “home pool” we put on a tremendous show! The meet was a hot one and we are especially thankful for all our parent volunteers and official wo helped us weather through the meet. We had 13 swimmers attend the end of summer meet from stroke development and level 1! Almost all of them made their titans debut at this meet, everyone did an outstanding job....

Level 7-8 has had a busy few weeks. Meredith Roberts and Ava Pauly took a trip to Virginia to swim at the Futures meet. Great swimming and a lot of valuable swimming experience as they continue to swim at the higher level meets. This past weekend we sent 18 kids to the Senior Zone meet. The Titans put in a tremendous showing at the 2024 Niagara Long Course Championship Meet finishing 4th overall! We had three and a half days of great competition, cheering, and fast swims! Congratulations to all and thanks to all our volunteers that stepped up to help time and officiate the meet! The Buffalo Sports Commission Long Course Invitational was held the weekend of June 28th to the 30th at ECC’s Flickinger Center in Downtown Buffalo. We had over 40 Titans in attendance with some great racing in the Long Course meet. We had swimmers from Level 1 through 8 piling up some great swims and are excited for the rest of the summer swimming. Levels 3 and 4 sent twelve Titans to the meet amassing a total of 38 personal best times, 11 new events conquered, 20 Silver times, 3 Gold...

The Titans made a day trip to Webster’s Aquatic Center on Sunday June 23rd to take advantage of some more Long Course race opportunities. Twenty-four Titans from Levels 1 through 8 attended the one-day meet. Last weekend the Titans swam at ECC at the STAR Long Course Kick Off Meet. We sixteen 12 and under swimmers attend the meet and lots of personal best swims. Our swimmers achieved 12 Niagara Championships cuts and 16 Championships Qualifier cuts. We had swimmers attend all 3 sessions available to them and they did a great job in all their events. The Natalie Lewis Spring Invite was a huge success. We want to thank all our Titan families for all the efforts this weekend. Parent volunteers are essential to running these meets and as you saw we needed all hands on deck for this one!
